About us
The Atelier was conceptualised and founded in 2013 with a vision to provide children an environment for learning which respects each child as a unique individual, and where adults partner with them in their meaning making of the world. Our first school in Guwahati started in 2014 and our second school in Bangalore came alive in 2016.
Today, we are a small school in the peripheries of Bangalore currently for children between the age of 2 years to 10 years. We are growing one year at a time with our children and hope to extend their journey at The Atelier till the age of 16 years.
We take inspiration from the Reggio Emilia approach to education and several educational practices that offer a learner-centred view of education.
